Sharing notes on JEM 3rd workshop

James Davenport has shared his personal notes of the 3rd JEM workshop as a PDF file and asks for comments directly to him. Possibly, a better way is to enable comments on dissemination items, such as each single workshop contribution, in order to collect feedback directly and to share it.

Olga, I would think we should have comments on all the content types, not just the dissemination items and the couple of others where they are enabled.

I'm sure this will be needed sooner or later.
