By developing panta rhei, we aim at providing a general framework that combines arbitrary presentation hyper-media, its narrative structure, and various discussion platforms. Panta rhei integrates narrative structures into arbitrary materials while at the same time facilitating readers to challenge, discuss, and assess the presented information on-the-?y.

panta rhei integrates narrative structures into arbitrary materials while at the same time facilitating readers to challenge, discuss, and assess the presented information on-the-fly. By managing the users' annotation in a threaded structure, users can then commonly discuss and answer questions. Furthermore, the system offers an assessment view on the content which allows users to e.g. assess the relevance or helpfulness of other users'entries. Based on semantic web technologies, i.e.
