Software and services that are published on the JEM portal can be rated in a 1-5 stars scale but also given a review. We expect only users of the software or the service to write a review since the evaluation should reflect actual experience if it has to be meaningful for other community readers.

A review will comprise an evaluation based on the following set of criteria. Each of them will require an overall score, 1-10 from "insufficient" to "excellent", and a short motivation of the score.
