Intellectual Property Rights

IPR issues for content developed within universities or paid by public funding vary from country to country. In some countries the professors authoring digital content also own the IPR of that content. In some other countries, the IPR belongs to the university at which the authors are working.

In this section we review policies in the partners' institutions.
