The aim of the symposium is to bring together content providers, developers, teachers and educational researchers to discuss and share the best practices of the ongoing research, applications and projects on web-based interactive mathematics.

The symposium focuses on the didactics and technologies related to web-based interactive mathematical exercise systems. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Mathematical tutoring tools
  • Intelligent Feedback in Exercises
  • Software development standards
  • User studies

The symposium wants to bring together experts in technologies, mathematics and science education, practitioners and providers of tools and content.

Invited speakers include

  • Johannes Waldmann (Leizig)
  • George Goguadze (Saarbruecken)
