The Javascript API for OMDoc-based Active Documents (JOBAD) can be integrated into HTML documents and used by any browser supporting JavaScript and MathML. It provides adaptive and interactive views on mathe- matical documents given the formulae markup includes all information required for the respective interactive services. While it is possible to enable those JOBAD services that do not require client/server interaction on existing static XHTML+MathML documents, it is recommended to generate the docu- ments with JOMDoc, as that guarantees that all necessary markup (such as paral-
