The JEM Thematic Network aims to disseminate best practices in the use of web technologies for eContent in mathematics. To this end, the JEM portal provides a section in which Software and Services, Learning Resources and Use Cases can be published, rated, and reviewed by members of the JEM community. This deliverable describes the community review setup, the criteria to be used in the reviews and how to write a public review.
