Buskerud University College educates engineers, Bachelor, Master and Doctoral levels. The College is situated in the town Kongsberg near Oslo which is famous for its high tech industry into oil field and energy systems, aircraft engines and military missiles. It is a small college in international perspective (250 students into engineering). The main area of engineering education is Systems Engineering the college being a Norwegian Centre of Expertise. Other important areas are applied hydrogen energy systems and composite materials. Total number of students 2600.
