I think this remains broad-literacies... this is far from being close to mathematical concepts, for example. Curriculum standards are a bit closer there, since they generally say with what a given competency should be exercised.
So either you accept this as is and remain very broad and not very discriminative, or you try to go for far more precision with mathematical topics which can be made close to topics.
