OAI Data Providers
Registered services based on metadata that is harvested using the OAI metadata harvesting protocol

We need to see if repositories of JEM partners can become/are OAI data providers because JEM could act as service provider for their learning resources.

REMARK: the OAI Drupal module implements "data providing" for bibliographic records.
