view/proceeding for selecting publications

As the number of publications archived on the portal increases, I found myself wanting to select only publications based on event or location. So I now added a new view called view/proceeding which has a search filter working on the publication details and, for instance, it will select only the publications at the recent New and emerging technologies for mathematics education seminar.
