How do I get VAT reimbursed?
Each participant should have the possibility to pay VAT from a separate account at their university and consequently charge to the University of Helsinki only the net sum. However, if this is not possible, they can charge the VAT as well.
Those partners that have had any EU project before should know how to handle VAT since it is the same procedure.
