Checklist: Your JEM Event

  • Create an event page on our calendar. This will show up and remind us of deadlines. Enable "signup" to track registrations and to report to the EU.
  • Create a web page for the event, on the JEM portal, use the "Create Page". Link this page from your event. Do not forget to give instructions on how to submit a contribution. (Check other JEM events for models of this page)
  • Use Newsflashes to update the JEM community on the dates of the event, the deadlines, the registration, and any relevant information.
  • Tag all your event items with the same identifier (eg. the event acronym), in order to have a feed that users can subscribe to
